RFA RD080N Robot Palletiser for 2 lines with 2 pallet conveyors
The RD080N Robot palletising system has been developed by RFA to palletise boxes, crates or trays. The Kawasaki RD080N robot (5 axis, payload 80 kg., reach Ø 4.200 mm.) is very suitable for this application.
The operator can easily set the robot for a palletising pattern a few tabs on the touch screen of a tablet pc with RFA's intuitive PatEdit palletising software.

The boxes, trays or crates are transported to the robot by 1 accumulating chain conveyor. The robot takes the boxes from the conveyor and places them on the pallet.
After a pallet has been loaded, it will be removed automatically from the robot cell by one of the 2 pallet conveyors. After the operator has reset the light barrier and has pressed the start button, the robot takes an empty pallet from the stack and places it on the palletising position and the palletising cycle resumes.
