K-Positioner PST250E
K-Positioner PST250E is a 1-axis horizontal manipulator for Kawasaki welding robots. The drive is a free programmable Kawasaki servo motor whose control is integrated into the robot controller.

The K-Positioner PST250E welding manipulator is made up of a robust welded steel construction on which 1 precision backlash-free reduction unit, a bearing and a clamping disc are mounted. The drive is provided by a Kawasaki servo motor, which is integrated as a 7th axis by the robot controller. The servo motor is brushless and has an absolute encoder.
Scope of delivery of the K-Positioner PST250E:
• 1 Robust steel manipulator frame
• 1 precision bearing
• 1 backlash-free gearbox for the servomotor
• 1 Kawasaki brushless servo motor with absolute distance measuring system
• 1 Set of integrated drive in the robot controller
• 1 Set cables L = 10m
