K-Positioner PST125-L2
K-Positioner PST125-L2 is a 2-axis manipulator for Kawasaki welding robots. The drives are 2 freel programmable Kawasaki servo motors, the control of which is integrated in the robot controller.

• 1 Robust steel frame with 1 horizontal and 1 vertical freely programmable axis
• 1 Set of integrated Kawasaki 2 axles steering

The K-Positioner PST125-L2 welding manipulator is constructed from a robust welded steel construction on which 2 precision backlash reduction units, 2 bearings and a clamping disc are mounted. The drives are provided by 2 Kawasaki servo motors, which are integrated as 7th and 8th axis by the robot controller. The servo motors are brushless and have absolute encoders.
Scope of delivery of the K-Positioner PST125-L2:
• 1 Robust steel manipulator frame
• 2 Precision bearings
• 2 backlash-free gearboxes for the servomotors
• 2 Kawasaki brushless servo motors with absolute distance measuring systems
• 1 Set of integrated drive for 2 freely programmable axes in the robot controller
• 1 Set of cables L = 10m
