K-Positioner PST250E-M3-H2V1-F is a manipulator with 2 workstations for Kawasaki welding robots. The drives are 3 free programmable integrated controlled Kawasaki servo motors.

The K-Positioner PST250E-M3-H2V1-F is a double manipulator with 1 vertical 180 ° pre-turntable and 2 workstations, each with 1 freely programmable horizontal rotary axis. The operator can safely load the welding jig in one workstation, while the robot is welding at the other workstation.

The K-Positioner PST250E-M3-H2V1-F welding manipulator is constructed from a 180 ° rough turntable, on which a robust welded steel frame is mounted, in which 2 precision backlash-free reduction units, 2 Kawasaki servo motors, 4 bearings and 4 clamping discs are mounted.

The drives are provided by 3 Kawasaki servo motors (roughing table, manipulator 1 and manipulator 2), which are integrated as 7th, 8th and 9th axes controlled by the robot controller. The servo motors are brushless and have absolute encoders.

Note: The welding robot control must be equipped with the Kawasaki Safety Monitor Cubic-S option, as the external axis of the manipulator on which the operator is working must be stationary and monitored safely.
