The K-Positioner PST250-H1 welding manipulator is constructed from 2 robust welded steel structures. The first construction is the driven manipulator, on which 1 precision backlash-free reduction unit, a bearing and a clamping disc are mounted. The drive is provided by a free programmable Kawasaki servo motor, which is integrated as the 7th axis by the robot controller. The servo motor is brushless and has an absolute encoder. the second construction is the free rotating counter bearing, with a bearing and a clamping disk.
Scope of delivery of the K-Positioner PPST250-H1:
• 1 Robust steel manipulator frame
• 1 Steel counter bearing frame
• 2 precision bearings
• 1 backlash-free gearbox for the servomotor
• 1 Kawasaki free programmable brushless servo motor with absolute distance measuring system
• 1 Set of integrated drive in the robot controller
• 1 Set of cables L = 10m
