RFA Robot Labeler
The RFA RS020N Robotlabeler system is a compact robotic system developed by RFA for applying labels to a pallet load. The fast Kawasaki RS020N robot is very suitable for this.
The robot takes the label from the printer and sticks it to the pallet load. The sticking position is free programmable. The robot can also stick the label on multiple sides of the pallet load.
The Kawasaki RS020NFE91 (6 axles, payload 20 kg, reach Ø 3,450 mm) takes the label with a vacuum gripper from the printer and sticks it in a freely programmable position on the pallet load. Depending on the layout, the robot can apply the label to multiple sides of the pallet.
The labels are printed on site by the printer, which is included in the delivery.
The operator enters the type of label and the desired adhesive position through a few tabs on the supplied tablet PC. RFA has developed a user-friendly, intuitive software system for this: RFA-ProductionManager. The tablet PC communicates via Ethernet with a higher-level production control system.
