NEW F-CONTROLLER
Kawasaki's new F-Controller is 30% smaller and 32% lighter than the previous-generation E-Controller. The F-Controller and transformer can be mounted in a 19-inch rack. The F01 controller has only one cable to the robot arm (compared to two with the E01 controller). The F02 controller now has only two cables to the robot arm (compared to three with the F02 controller). The F03 and F04 controllers have three cables to the robot arm.
CONTROLLER HAS EXTENSIVE CONNECTIVITY
- Server IoT (Internet of Things): status monitor, operation log, fault diagnosis, data storage.
- ROS (Robot Operating System): open-source meta-operating system for communication with peripheral devices.
- Bluetooth: for communication with smartphones and tablets.
- Connectivity for vision cameras.
- Ethernet: 2 Ethernet ports are standard.
- USB: 2 USB 2.0 ports are standard.
- Optional fieldbus: Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet-IP, EtherCAT
CORECUBIC-S LITE IS STANDARD IN THE F-CONTROLLER
Because Kawasaki's CoreCubic-S Lite safety monitor is integrated into the F-B type controller as standard, the robot complies with ISO 10218. The optional CoreCubic-S Base expansion module provides the same functionality as the original Cubic-S.
The CoreCubic-S Lite has the following features: 1 work range monitoring, axis monitoring, speed monitoring, fast forward monitoring and user speed monitoring in teach mode, emergency stop, and external user emergency stop. The CoreCubic-S Lite can be expanded with licenses for Base (the same as the current Cubic-S) and Pro.

The Kawasaki RD080N robot belongs to the fastest compact robot palletisers in the industry and is the ideal solution in when a high capacity is required and the available floor space is limited.
COMPACT ROBOT NEEDS A SMALL FLOOR SPACE
As the RD080N has a small base (ca. 400x400mm.), slim arms and no counter weight at the back of the robot, this robot can be used in a limited floor space. The working range is sufficient to load multiple pallets higher than 2m.
USER FRIENDLY PALLETISING SOFTWARE PATEDIT
PatEdit has been developed by RFA especially for Kawasaki robots. It provides intuitive menu’s which enable the operator to create new palletising patterns and robot programs by a few tabs on a tablet-pc.
