  The "Power Regenerative Function" option is available for the F02 and F04 controllers of Kawasaki robots. The F03 controllers are equipped with a Power Regenerative Function as standard.

  If the average regenerative duty value exceeds 3% during the robot's work cycle, the Power Regenerative Option can provide a solution. The regenerative duty value will increase if the robot is in a work cycle where, for example, the first axis (JT1) rotates at high speed over a large distance and requires frequent acceleration and deceleration.

  Chapter 2.2.1 of the Power Regenerative Function Option Manual describes the procedure for checking the regenerative duty value.
